To benefit from this service you must be a member of the Family Hotel club and subscribe to the Family Resa service (our web booking engine). You can choose to use Family Resa only for Booking.com / Expedia synchronization or to also use it to allow Internet users of your website to make reservations (several price levels; see our price list) without have to pay commission.

To connect your Booking.com account, go to the Booking.com extranet; menu "Account> Connectivity providers'" then search for a provider by typing the word "Family" then follow the procedure indicated.

To connect your Expedia account, go to the Expedia extranet; "Rooms and rates> Connectivity settings" menu then click on the link "Edit" and search for a provider by typing the word "Family", then follow the procedure indicated.

If you want to synchronize your Family Hotel planning with many OTAs (and not only Booking.com and Expedia), we recommend that you use the services of a channel manager connected with Family Hotel.
