You have 60 days to test the functionality of the software. If your trial have given you satisfaction, you will have to regsiter a licence to continue tu use the software after the trial period (using the menu Customize > License of Family Hotel PMS). A licence is valid only on a single computer.
The first license is free.
Family Hotel club benefits
If you use Family Hotel PMS on a regular basis, we invite you to subscribe to Club Family.
This membership will provide you with the following benefits:

be able to have several licenses for the same accomodation (for network use of the software);

be able to install the latest version available retrieving your data entered with previous versions;

be able to benefit from "emergency" support by phone and / or remote assistance in the event of a blocking problem with the software (other problems or questions being handled by email);

have access to the “members-only” reports that we make available via the online reports catalog (available by right-clicking on the action bar);

be able to benefit from our additional products (business option, cloud database, personalized reports, support, training, etc.) at advantageous conditions (see our price list );
-
be able to benefit from our services for selling your overnight stays on the internet synchronized with Family Hotel PMS (independent Family Resa booking engine to be integrated into your own website, interface with Booking.com & Expedia, interface with a compatible channel manager) under conditions advantageous (see our price list ).
This membership fee is an annual membership fee, without commitment and tacitly renewable each year. We bring to your attention that for your Club Family subscription to be valid, you must be up to date with your contributions since the date of activation of your first Family Hotel license and without any interruption period (any interruption periods must be paid to reactivate your subscription).
If you wish to become a member, please sign and return the application form to us together with your payment by bank transfer or check; our site also provides a link to pay directly online for your Family club membership by credit card (with a supplement of € 7).
Otherwise, you can use Family Hotel but without support from us, using it from a single computer and without the possibility of migration to a later version with transfer of your data.
Ask a Family Hotel license
The version you download for free from our website is fully functional; its duration in functioning is simply limited to 60 days.
To apply for your license, from the computer for which you want to license, use the menu: Customize> License of Family Hotel; click "apply for a license" and complete the requested information (Hotel name, room number, address, ...). Submit the form, you will receive an email confirming immédatement consideration of your request. After validation by our services, you will receive your license and registration process within 48 hours.
Caution: it is essential to have registered your license before using the software to actually manage your business with it. Indeed, if the license has not been registered within 60 days, then it not possible to run the Software anymore. The first license is free (additionnal licenses are included in the Family Hotel Club benefits).
Licenses are valid for a single computer. So you shoud request a license (following the procedure above) for each computer.
